Questions
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, in a database dedicated to your school — physically separate from every other customer. Backups are encrypted nightly and also stay in the EU.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Every teacher, secretary, and bookkeeper gets a login at no extra cost. Pricing depends only on the number of children, in bands of 25.
Are any features locked behind higher plans?
No. Every school gets every feature — accounting, Peppol, AI, the parent portal, all of it. The price only follows school size.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes — we import your families, students, and open balances from spreadsheets or your previous system as part of onboarding.
How does the parent portal work?
Parents log in to see their children's enrollments, charges, and payment history, pay online, and browse trip photo albums for their own children only.
What about GDPR?
We act as your processor under a signed DPA. EU hosting, per-school isolation, field-level access control for medical data, audit trails, and data export/erasure on request.
